THE WEEKLY ICO UPDATER (WICOU pronounced Why-COO)

Good Mooooorning ICO, welcome to another edition of your weekly updater.  July is almost upon us; Summer is in full swing; and it is a great time to get more involved with ICO.

Below are the answers to last week’s movie quotes, New movie quotes and updates for the organization.  Please let me know of any updates you would like added to the WICOU.

Last  week’ Movie Quotes:

1.     A census taker once tried to test me. I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice Chianti. – Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins): Silence of the Lamb

2.    I'm walking here! I'm walking here! – Ratso Rizzo: Midnight Cowboy

3.    Go ahead, make my day. – Dirty Harry Callahan (Clint Eastwood) – Sudden Impact

4.    I'll have what she's having. – Customer (the director, Rob Reiner’s, Mom): When Harry Met Sally

You received a full point for each movie you named correctly, and a ½ point for each character or actor named correctly.  Sorry all you Dirty Harry responders it was actually Sudden Impact.

See bottom of WICOU for the leaders board.

3.    Hasta la vista, baby.

4.    You do understand, Bob, don't you? There's no other solution. You won't go away.

4.      The SOPs REVISIONS are moving forward.  Ryan and his team are working diligently to meet the May deadline of a rough draft.  If you have any questions about the goal/intent of the revisions, please contact Kate Starr.  A rough draft should be ready for the May or June River Mtg.

5.      The ORGANIZATIONAL RESTRUCTURE, a task intended to better organize how off-river volunteerism is structured, is underway.  A rough draft will be presented at the April River Mtg.  Roles for each group will be outlined.  Input is encouraged and welcome!
